Political Tsunami in Johor (PRU 13)

PETALING JAYA: The political tsunami forecast to occur in Johor in the 13th general election involving the future parliament and state assembly seats, according to an NGO to attend the closed meeting organized by the National Security Council (NSC) in Johor Baru recently.
The meeting was attended by about 600 members of the Malay NGOs and religious advisers state of Johor, Datuk Noh Gadut organized by the Johor branch of the National Security Council ..
With the anticipated 80 per cent Chinese voters supported the opposition and disunity among the Malay voters, won 11 seats predicted from the People's Alliance candidate.
This means that the 11 parliamentary seats to remain in the hands of whom BN including Pagoh seats won by the Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
"Although Johor remains in the hands of BN, but the difference is very slim majority of only two seats," said the NGOs.

Not yet register

He said the new registration made ​​by the PR especially the DAP is encouraging, but about 73000 of the  Umno members have yet to register as voters.
These developments, he said, could undermine the political power of the Malays.
