Similarly, the High Court of Justice here, Datuk Mohd Yazid Mustafa in her ruling dismissing the application Mohd Ashraf Hafiz Abdul Aziz, 26, who changed his name to Aleesha Farhana Abdul Aziz, yesterday.
In addition, Mohd Yazid, no full report of the hospital surgical sex conviction made against Mohd Ashraf Hafiz and during the proceedings took place, none of the doctors called to testify.
"After this case to be refined and examined from all aspects and consider the implications to society, the court rejected this request," he said.
However, Mohd Ashraf Hafiz as the petitioner was not present in court yesterday and is represented by counsel, Horley Isaacs.
